I nodded my head, [but totally, TOTALLY didn't 'clap my hands and say yeah' (PUKING SOUNDS)] to 95% of that article. my g/f thought it was a SF-J advertorial, lil bit! in trying to talk about some "cutting edge, diversified" music writing, pitchfork seems a lame-ass example. because it is unreadably bad and the homebase for the myopic indie rock dilletantism he tries to dis. sorta.
and the CURATING instead of lyrical word-wanking is what makes mp3 blogs so totally awesome. or at least SUCCESSFUL, PITHY lyrical word-wanking back'd up by the funky trax?
